How reliable is product availability?
Our online store shares the same inventory as our brick-and-mortar store. For the most part, when a cleat is sold in store, the online inventory will update online within a minute. However, on occasion, inventory may not update right away or someone might purchase the same cleat online at the same time as someone purchasing in store. This occurrence is rare, but if it does happen we will contact you immediately to adjust your order. Will you re-stock sale items?
Sale items will not be restocked. Once they are gone, that’s it!Will you be receiving more sizes of a certain shoe?
We normally only order full silos once per new colorway. We cannot order new sizes of older colorways, only the most current color. If you’re looking for a specific size of a boot that we no longer have in stock, we may be able to order it for you depending on availability. Please email email@example.com to discuss a possible order.Do you price match?
Yes! We price match on all of our products if you can provide proof that another website has the product in the same size and same colorway
for a cheaper price. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to a lower priced cleat. We cannot match prices and issue refunds after purchase. Can I order by email or fax?

All personalized items cannot be returned unless deemed to have a genuine fault or defect of the manufacturer. What kind of customization do you offer on jerseys?
All jersey customizations work the same way, no matter which company you purchase them from: all jerseys are sent to the company blank and authentic name & number sets are manufactured by a third party. Custom name & number sets are then heat-sealed to the jerseys. Our customization options for jerseys include front and back numbers and names. All customizations are generic unless you request an authentic name & number set. Authentic name & number sets are offered with limited availability and for an extra fee. For generic customizations, we will try to use the same fonts as the authentic kits whenever we can. We use the same heat-seal process that is used on authentic player jerseys. Names & numbers are never embroidered to a jersey. Custom orders will ship out 1-2 weeks after the order is placed, and we do not accept returns on customized orders for any reason. What sizing format do you use?
All sizes on our website are in US Sizes. For sizing conversions please refer to our size charts here
.The product I received looks different to the image on the website.
Colors of products can sometimes appear different online due to the inconsistencies with computer monitors and how they display color. We do the best we can to accurately display all products. If you have an issue with the product you received please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you out.I think my cleats are defective, what should I do?
All gear used in the game of soccer is prone to normal wear and tear including: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc. These occurrences are normal, do not affect the performance of a boot, and can be expected within the first few uses. It is not unusual to need to replace cleats after one season. There are very few times when an item is truly defective. If you believe an item may be defective, please send pictures of the suspected defect to email@example.com. We can determine if the original manufacturer will deem the item defective, and we can then help you through the process of receiving a credit or new item for the defective item. Manufacturer warranty only applies to original purchases and does not extend to replacement items. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a shoe is defective and qualifies for a refund or exchange. What are the differences between boots in the same silo?
The differences between boots in the same silo have to do with materials used. For example, in the Tiempo silo, the Tiempo Legend ($200) is composed of a premium kangaroo leather, the Legacy ($100) is a calf-leather and the Genio Leather ($65) is a natural grain leather. The kangaroo leather is the softest and most durable material, and therefore the price of the boot reflects this. There also tends to be more technology and product innovation put into top-tier boots. For example, Nike’s ACC (all conditions control) and Adidas’s Dribbletex are both finishes on the uppers of boots that help a player maintain ball control in variable conditions. Other features like sole plate configurations and removable insoles reflect differences in the boots. If you have any questions at all regarding which boot is best for you, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss which boot will best fit your playing style.
